Job Applicant Privacy Notice

This notice explains how M&M Garage Doors, LLC ("we," "us," “Company”) handles the personal information you provide when you apply for a position with us or interact with our site or application form.
We collect the information you provide in your application — such as your contact details, answers, resume, and video — and technical data collected automatically, like the ad or page you came from.
We do not ask for your date of birth, age, race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation, marital or family status, disability status, or a photograph. Please do not include this information in your application. If you provide it anyway, it plays no part in our decision.
We use your information to evaluate your qualifications for the position you applied for, to communicate with you about your application, to consider you for other openings that may suit you, and to meet our record-keeping obligations. We evaluate applicants on job-related criteria only.
How applications are reviewed
Applications are reviewed by people, and hiring decisions are made by people. We use software to receive, organize, store, transcribe, and otherwise process applications, including video. Any assessment of your suitability for a role is made by a person.
Who sees your information
• Employees and contractors of Company involved in hiring
• Service providers that host our form, store uploaded files, and deliver our communications — each under contract to protect your information and use it only for these purposes
We do not sell your information, and we do not share your application answers, resume, or video for advertising or marketing purposes.
We use cookies and tracking pixels, including the Meta Pixel, to measure and improve our advertising. This shares limited activity data, such as page views and form submissions, with Meta. It does not share your application answers, resume, or video.
We keep applications for as long as needed for the purposes described here and to meet our legal obligations, which for employment records is a minimum of one year. We may keep your application on file longer to consider you for future openings. If we hire you, your application becomes part of your employment record.
If you need an accommodation
The video introduction is part of our process, but it is not the only way to complete that step. If a disability, a lack of equipment, or anything else makes recording a video difficult, email
recruiting@mandmdoor.com and we will arrange an alternative — such as a phone conversation or a written response. You do not need to explain why you are asking, and requesting an accommodation will not affect how your application is considered.
